Well, in a word, it was fantastic. The weekend had an awesome vibe and everyone really clicked. It was a great mix of food, hiking, relaxation, talk, brilliant weather, and yoga of course! The Semperviva crew are the best: they really made everyone feel welcome, took great care of us, and hung out with us too. I will definitely go again and will recommend it without hesitation to others.

Accommodations chosen are small, family run boutique hotels. Anemes is run by Pashali and his wife Mema. This seven room hotel is only two stories high, and immaculately kept.
It is built on land given to Pashali by his paternal grandmother. The hotel is situated in the fishing village of Avlemonas. It sits gazing out over the Sea.

Kythira has over 50km of coastline and is surrounded by magnificent beaches. Avlemonas is on the South Eastern side of the island which has the most spectacular beaches of all.
The town of Avlemonas consists of a small cluster of these boutique style hotels, and family homes. There are wonderful cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The food is some of the finest you will ever taste. Ingredients are picked from local gardens and are bursting with flavour!

Each two guests will receive their own car to allow them to explore the island more freely. All cars are standard, and well maintained. Our representative on the island, George Gerolimatos is available 24 hours are day to assist you.
